====== Fine food with 400 years of Irish tradition ======


At a special event at the residence of the Ambassador of Ireland H.E. Mr. Michael Forbes, the Irish company Hayles Fine Foods was introduced. Chefs of culinary schools, 4- and 5-star hotels, owners and chefs of popular establishments were also present. The company is the representative for Bulgaria of a family with over 400 years of farming tradition in Ireland. The selection of meat for the Bulgarian market is carried out by the heir of the family and manager Paul Hales. Thanks to her, high-quality lamb meat, cheddar cheese, butter and beef from the traditional Irish breeds Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, Galloway, Limousin and Simmental are now sold in our country.
